My fever is back again

38.8degreeees.
Im feeling cold and hot at the same time. I don't know what to do.
I think Im dying already.
I have running nose and sore throat.
My tissue box is running out of tissue.
I have to go out of my room to get it later.

And just now I was trying-to-sneeze-but-cannot-sneeze, I suddenly felt a sharp piercing pain in my heart.
Omg, Ive so many problems.
Plus the hike almost dislocated my knee or something.
And muscle aches from both the fever and the hike.
AND the worst is, Ive to go to school tomorrow cause got geography and english test(Which is killing me mentally. Both of them cos I can't seem to remember it correctly)
